The information office, centrally located, is open from 06:00 to 22:00 h. Here you can obtain all information concerning the arrival and departure of aircraft, timetable accommodation information for Pula and surroundings area . The airport attendants will help you with any enquiries you might have whilst at the airport.
CHECK-IN DESKS AND TICKET SALES
There are 15 check-in desks for domestic and international flights offering an efficient ticket processing service. These are located just inside the main entrance, saving you the long walk you might face at other airports. Check-in desks are opening 120 minutes before the schedule departure time on international flights and 60 minutes before on domestic flights.
All passengers are obligated to present a valid ID or passport at registration desk. If checking-in any baggage it must be undamaged and suitably closed. Please, approach to check-in desks on time and avoid possible unpleasant delays.
Tickets for all Low Cost Carriers operating Pula Airport can be purchased at the central tickets sale desk , while tickets for domestic and international flights can be obtained at the Croatian Airlines desk.
