A) VIPs
Head of state, CEO's, professional athletes, and entertainment celebrities all share one common request : privacy and discretion. We understand the needs of V.I.P. clients, therefore we facilitate V.I.P. departures and arrivals through Pula Airport efficiently and discreetly. Our proffesional passenger service is on disposition to you at any time.
B) Passengers with special needs
Individuals with special needs Persons with impaired vision or hearing have the advantage while checking-in. Our staff in front of the check-in desk will help you while waiting on your registration and escort you to the aircraft.
Individuals with mobility problems have the advantage while checking-in. For them an escort service to the gate is provided after which they will be boarded to the aircraft with the "ambulift" vehicle.
Unaccompained minors
For unaccompanied minors, a escort is provided to the aircraft and from the aircraft on arrivals.
Mother and child
For the needs of mothers with children, the airport has a nursery room located in the main terminal near the ladies toilets. Our staff on the Information desk will give you directions to the nursery room.
